1. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods including UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and Razorpay wallet. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available with OTP verification.

2. Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Yes, COD is available across most pincodes in India. You’ll need to verify your order via OTP before shipping.

3. Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Yes, you can cancel your order before it is shipped. To request a cancellation, contact us on WhatsApp at 9215598806 with your order ID.

4. Do you ship all over India?
Yes, we ship across India using trusted courier partners via Shiprocket.

5. How long does delivery take?
We usually process orders within 1 business day, and delivery takes around 3 to 7 working days depending on your location.

6. Is free shipping available?
Yes, we offer free shipping on orders above ₹999. Orders below this amount will have a flat shipping fee of ₹60.

7. Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking link via SMS, email, or WhatsApp.


Returns & Refunds

8. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. The product must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by an unboxing video.

9. Are there any return charges?
Yes, the customer is responsible for a flat ₹100 return shipping fee.

10. How do I request a return or exchange?
Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number, issue details, and an unboxing video. We’ll guide you through the next steps.

11. How are refunds processed?
Approved refunds are processed via bank transfer within 10 business days of receiving the returned product.

Yes, all our products are 100% original. We source directly from trusted manufacturers and distributors.

13. Do you offer wholesale or bulk discounts?
Yes. We supply to resellers and salons across India. Contact us on WhatsApp for bulk pricing.

14. What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
Please report the issue within 7 days of delivery along with an unboxing video. We’ll arrange an exchange if your claim is approved.
